Join DoTerra expert, Sudie Oakes, for this fun and informative workshop! Learn how essential oils can increase feelings of peace and calm and reduce feelings of anxiety.  Learn which oils will benefit you most and how to use them.  Take home an essential oil roller ball with a calming blend.

November 18th, 2-3:30pm: Yoga Asana for Stress and Anxiety

Join Jamie Eversole for 90 minutes of education and yoga practice.  Learn how to adapt your physical yoga practice to balance your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.  Take home yoga sequences to use in times of high anxiety.

November 25th, 2-3:30pm: Breath Work and Meditation for Stress and Anxiety

Join Jamie for an introduction to pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation to combat anxiety and stress.  Class will include education about breath work and meditation, gentle movement, and plenty of practice!  Take home handouts with several short practices to use on your own.
