Prenatal Yoga Series
This 6-week series is designed for women in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. This class will adapt traditional yoga poses for your changing body, help stretch out the aches and pains of pregnancy, and prepare your body for childbirth! In addition, you will build community with other moms-to-be, learn breathing and meditation techniques to reduce the stress of pregnancy and parenthood, and learn to embrace and appreciate your pregnant body! The series will conclude with professional maternity portraits, taken by Marcy Harris Ortiz, so each participant has a beautiful photograph of their pregnancy.
Participants may also choose to add a prenatal massage with Kula Yoga and Wellness Massage Therapist, Holly Smith, LMT. Massages can be scheduled at your convenience!
