Prenatal Yoga Series
This 6-week series is designed for women in their second and third trimesters of pregnancy. This class will adapt traditional yoga poses for your changing body, help stretch out the aches and pains of pregnancy, and prepare your body for childbirth! In addition, you will build community with other moms-to-be, learn breathing and meditation techniques to reduce the stress of pregnancy and parenthood, and learn to embrace and appreciate your pregnant body! The series will conclude with professional maternity portraits, taken by Marcy Harris Ortiz, so each participant has a beautiful photograph of their pregnancy.
In addition to yoga, participants have the option to add on Pregnancy Support and Education to their package. Following several of the classes, guest experts will share their knowledge and pre/postnatal services with you. Learn about how to utilize essential oils during pregnancy, doula/birth coaching, lactation consultant services, and pre/postnatal anxiety and mood disorders.
Participants may also choose to add a prenatal massage with Kula Yoga and Wellness Massage Therapist, Holly Smith, LMT. Massages can be scheduled at your convenience!

Mother and Daughter
Partner Yoga Workshop
Spend quality mother-daughter time during this 2-hour special class that includes partner yoga poses, meditation, breathing practices and a journaling activity. After the yoga practice, enjoy light snacks and pose for a picture of your favorite partner pose (if you want to!).
This event is for ladies ages 12 and up, and their mothers -- or aunts, grandmothers, etc. -- to enjoy together. Groups of 2, 3 or more are welcome.
No yoga experience is needed. Attendees will receive a flower, small journal, bottled water and light snacks.

Yoga Basics 101
8 week series
For novice and experienced yogis alike, learn the path of yoga by introducing and incorporating the eight limbs – or yoga guidelines -- into your practice.
Flow through each hour-long lesson while focusing on posture, breath, alignment and meditation to create purpose and meaning for your yoga practice. On the mat and in life.
Participants will receive 30 days of unlimited yoga classes during series.
