Our phone number is (614) 924-0363. Please note that we do not have designated front desk staff so are not always available to answer the phones immediately. We will do our best to return your call within 2-3 business days. Email is often a better way to reach us.

It’s important to remember that Kula Yoga and Wellness is an outpatient therapy practice which means our therapists are often working with their clients during the work day and we are not staffed to respond to crises that occur outside of normal business hours. We will always do our best to help guide you if you are in need but urge clients in crisis to call the crisis line 988 or go to their nearest emergency room.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time to another client in need. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a $60 fee. No-shows will be charged the full out-of-pocket rate of $120. We understand that life happens—thank you for helping us make the most of our available time and resources.

We are located at 18 W. Columbus St., Pickerington, OH 43147. The front entrance is for the yoga studio and is typically locked unless a class is in session. For therapy, please use the back entrance. Go up the steps on the back deck and enter through either the red door on the right or the door with the glass window. Look for your therapist’s name on the placard to guide you to the correct door.
-
There is a small parking lot behind the building that clients are welcome to use. You may also park on the cement pad or grassy area behind the building. Free street parking is available on Columbus Street and Center Street.
-
Our building is older and has several steps, which may present challenges for some clients. If accessibility is a concern, please contact us prior to your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs—this may include arranging for you to be seen on the first floor or accessing the building through the front door when possible.
-
You can cancel or reschedule directly through the patient portal or by contacting your therapist.
