In this class, we will journey through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, beginning by tuning into our inner teacher—listening deeply and moving with sacred sound to gently open our energetic centers.
We will gradually ease into a space of stillness, where you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of the gong.
As we return to awareness, we’ll join our voices in chanting healing tones, allowing their resonance to integrate the experience. Our practice will then close with a heartfelt song, sealing the energy we’ve cultivated together.
