Groovy Grown-up & Me: Tie Dye Edition

90-Minute Special Class

Let's get Groovy with movement, connection, and creativity! This special Groovy Grown-Up & Me class invites children ages 5–9 and a parent, grandparent, or other trusted grown-up to share quality time together.

The first 50 minutes will include playful partner yoga, breathing games, mindfulness, and relaxation—all designed to encourage teamwork, confidence, and heart-centered connection in a fun, supportive environment.

After yoga, we’ll spend the remaining time dying t-shirts. Weather permitting we will use the Gazebo in and outside creating a Groovy themed t-shirt to take home, giving pairs a chance to slow down, create, and celebrate connection.

No prior yoga experience is needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and connect! You bring a plain white t-shirt for grown up & child(ren), yoga mat, and water bottle, and we will provide the rest!
