Flow to Restore is a balanced yoga class that blends gentle, mindful flow with deeply restorative postures to help you reset your body and calm your nervous system.
We’ll begin with slow, intentional movement to release tension, build mobility, and connect breath to movement. The class gradually transitions into longer-held restorative poses supported by props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, allowing the body to fully relax and restore.
